Bankoa

The aim of the renovation of Bankoa bank in Bilbao, Spain, was to renew the corporate identity of the banking entity and the Bankoa brand image overall. Using design as a powerful tool to do so, the architects focused on transforming the traditional office to the new idea of an open and transparent customer banking office featuring contemporary design. In a combination of Bolon flooring in the dynamic triangular shape, wooden materials and open spaces – Bankoa in Bilbao went from a traditional institution to one of Spain’s leading modern banking offices.
