Colliers is an industry leading global real estate company with more than 14,000 skilled professionals operating in 68 countries. For their office in North Sydney, the flooring colour choice was important to bring warmth and lightness, while reflecting the tones used in the marble flooring of the CBD office. Bolon Elements Cork with ISI backing was selected and was a defining feature of the design, creating a link from the reception to back of house. The subtle change in the way Bolon flooring was laid in the breakout space kept the area connected while defining it. The texture of Bolon flooring softened the space, making it a welcoming environment, with ISI backing used for its acoustic insulation properties throughout the main circulation path.
