Le Braci is green by colour and nature. The owner’s brief was to make a big change sparing old fixtures and furnishings. The sequence of rooms was used as a script and dark green hues as a stage background. The old venue’s interiors have been upcycled and reshaped to match the new concept – a tribute to plate. Shattered crockery, smashed china and an abundance of green are this restaurant’s distinctive features.
In addition to recycling and upcycling old elements of the interior, designers introduced sustainable materials such as Biel Mozaic which recycle porcelain and Bolon flooring made of recycled waste. In addition to industry-leading and innovative sustainability achievements, designers at Kacper Gronkiewicz Studio chose Bolon flooring for its suitability for high traffic, hospitality spaces and high performance benefits, including durability, ease of maintenance, slip-resistance and superior technical qualities.
