In the making of a new retail shopping center in Warsaw, Poland, Tzur architects in collaboration with APA Wojciechowski created a modern, functional and architecturally attractive meeting point that was long awaited by the residents of Warsaw. According to the GTC’s research, approx. 750,000 inhabitants, mostly young people and families with children, live in the direct range of the building. The needs of this group have been taken into account in the architectural design of the building, which for example can be reflected in the green roof space that enables a shopping-break among greenery. The facility will also meet the highest ecological standards, confirmed by pre-certification of LEED Gold rating level – and therefore the sustainable Bolon by Jean Nouvel flooring suits the space perfectly.
